CJC-1295 Without DAC — also known as Modified GRF 1-29 (Mod GRF 1-29) — is a synthetic analogue of the first 29 amino acids of endogenous Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH 1-29). It incorporates four strategic amino acid substitutions relative to the native sequence: Ala²→Aib (α-aminoisobutyric acid), Gln⁸→Ala, Ala¹⁵→Gln, and Leu²⁷→Met. Together these modifications confer resistance to enzymatic degradation — particularly by DPP-IV and endopeptidases — while maintaining full agonist activity at the GHRH receptor (GHRHR) expressed on anterior pituitary somatotrophs.

Unlike CJC-1295 With DAC, this version does not incorporate a Drug Affinity Complex and therefore does not form a covalent bond with circulating albumin. Reconstitution Guidance

Reconstitute with Bacteriostatic Water for Injection. Add the diluent slowly down the inner wall of the vial — do not inject directly onto the lyophilised cake. Swirl gently to dissolve; do not vortex or shake. Allow to stand 2–3 minutes until fully clear and colourless. Store refrigerated at 2–8°C and use within 14–21 days of reconstitution.
