Shipping policy

 

Ultra Peptides UK dispatches to all mainland UK addresses, including Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not currently ship internationally. However, if we expand in future, we will officially announce. We fulfill all orders domestically.  There are no customs delays, no import duties, and no border risk.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

• Orders placed before our daily cut-off are processed the same working day

• Standard delivery: 1–3 working days after dispatch. (some factors i.e. natural events can affect delivery process)

• A tracked shipping reference is sent to your provided email upon dispatch of your product

• Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are dispatched the next working day

Packaging

All orders are sent in plain, unmarked outer packaging as required by UK law. No branding, product names, or company information is visible on the outside.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of your dispatch notification, contact us at our registered email provided you after you place order. Check your tracking link first before contacting us.

Important: Always double-check your delivery address before confirming your order. We cannot redirect parcels once dispatched. Deliveries made to an incorrectly entered address are not eligible for a refund.
