Refund policy

When We Issue Refunds

We offer a refund or replacement in the following situations:

  • Your order was lost or not delivered within the expected timeframe

  • A product arrived damaged (evidence required within 48 hours of delivery)

  • You received the wrong item (peptide)

  • You cancel your order before it is dispatched

When We Do Not Issue Refunds

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • The product was stored incorrectly after delivery

  • The product was opened and used, but is not defective

  • The parcel was delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout

  • The order was refused at delivery by the customer

How to Request a Refund

Send an Email to our official mail address within 14 days of delivery with your order number and, where applicable, photographic evidence of the issue.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
